Refunds + Exchanges Policy
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to exchange it.
Customers must contact email@example.com for an exchange authorization Custom/altered/personalized items are non returnable/eligible for exchange.
Returns to Amazon may be completed within 30 days of purchase directly through Amazon. Item must be sent back unworn and in it's original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Any attempt to return past 30 days will not be accepted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
