Place directly on your skin for targeted cooling—under your bra strap, on your nipples, or wherever cooling is needed most. Phase Change Material goes back to solid at room temperature, making coldHER ideal for on-the-go relief. (If your room temperature is exceptionally hot, you will need to pop them in your fridge to cool and re-harden.) Pack a pair in your purse, your gym bag, your diaper bag. The best part, coldHER can be re-cooled and used again and again.

Meet your new breast friend. coldHER inserts are designed to fit easily into your bra (finally, something positive about a bra).
For sore nipples or breastfeeding pain, insert into your bra and place the pad directly over your nipples for instant relief.
For hot flashes, insert pads into your bra strap (with the phase change material directly against your skin). You can insert into the bra strap so it rests at the top of your breasts, as shown here. You can also move further toward your armpit or anywhere that needs to chill out. Great for post workout, too.
The phase change material will harden again at room temperature in about 30 minutes. For extra cooling, refrigerate coldHER prior to usage.
To clean coldHER, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Air dry. Reuse again and again.
The Chilling Details:
- Do not microwave.
- Do not apply to open wounds, abrasions or a break in the skin.
- If punctured or damaged, discard immediately.
- Discontinue use if discomfort, redness, swelling or skin irritation occurs. Wash area with mild soap and water.
